Familia Amphiporidae

Mostly plump species with many eyes and two pairs of cephalic grooves. Colours usually drab, variable and without distinctive patterns. Rhynchocoel extends almost the whole length of the body and has a wall of circular and longitudinal muscles, forming separate layers.
