Description:
The body measures 3 cm or more in length and 1-1.5 mm in width. Reddish-brown in colour. The body is similar to that of Tubulanus polymorphus , but the head is usually not broader than the body and there are both dorsal and ventral muscle-crosses in the foregut region.
Habitat:
Found in sand or gravel, at depths of 20-35 m.
Distribution:
West Sweden and Denmark.
